Nutrition Seminar - Saturday 11am
This Saturday at 11am, join us for a discussion and Q&A on the how's and why's of eating for improved health and performance. The following topics will be covered:
- The importance of proper nutrition
- Hormonal impact of food
- Improving health and body composition through food quality
- Improving performance through nutrition
- Foods to avoid to optimize health, energy levels, body composition and performance
We will also outline the details of our Winter Cleaning Nutrition Challenge, answer any questions you may have and take your Before pictures.
All are welcome - even those who are not participating in the Challenge. The cost is $0.
