What We Do
CrossFit Garden City is a results-driven strength and conditioning program dedicated to making our clients happier, healthier and stronger. We are NOT a health club.
You will not find mirrors, fancy machines, or people going through the motions in our facility. You will find first-rate coaching, no-nonsense workouts and real people learning to move their bodies better.
Our gym is one of support, empowerment, fun, hard work and real results.
We offer private training and group classes.

High-energy, instructor-led group workouts consisting of cardio, gymnastics and strength training rolled into one eclectic, efficient package.
Prior to joining our CrossFit classes, everyone must participate in Foundations, a 4 week-long program designed to gradually introduce the movements, training and intensity found in our group classes.
Personal and Semi-Private Training
Personal training is an effective and efficient way to achieve your individual goals and get the most out of your time in our facility.
Our Performance Intensive program offers a comprehensive approach to strength and conditioning for athletes 15 years of age and older committed to attaining higher levels of performance.
